1. Introduction

Welcome to Spring Cypress Limo (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your booking and use of our limousine and chauffeur services (“Services”). By making a reservation or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Bookings & Reservations

  • All bookings require confirmation via email or SMS.

  • Standard payment terms: payment in full is due before or at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or approved methods.

3. Pricing & Taxes

  • Quoted rates include vehicle hire, chauffeur, and standard fuel.

  • Additional charges may apply for:

    • Over-time usage

    • Wait-time beyond scheduled timeframe

    • Tolls, parking, or per-trip fees

  • Applicable taxes (local, state, and federal) are always added.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking cost.

  • No-shows or cancellations less than 2 hours before may be charged the full fare.

5. Changes to Booking

  • Changes to pickup time, location, or vehicle type must be requested at least 12 hours in advance.

  • We cannot guarantee availability for last-minute changes and additional charges may apply.

6. Customer Obligations

  • Comply with chauffeur instructions and vehicle usage rules.

  • Passengers must maintain appropriate behavior and not damage or soil the vehicle.

  • You are responsible for any loss or damage caused by yourself, passengers, or belongings.

7. Liability & Insurance

  • Vehicles are insured under our commercial policy, covering passenger injury and third-party claims.

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Loss of personal items left in the vehicle

    • Indirect or consequential damages (lost business, missed flights, etc.)

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control—such as severe weather, traffic accidents, strikes, or government restrictions. We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, mobile apps, marketing, and digital assets remain our exclusive property and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any passenger who:

  • Behaves aggressively, offensively, or illegally

  • Violates these Terms

  • Poses a security threat to the chauffeur or vehicle

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert State/Province], [Insert Country]. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Insert City] for any disputes arising hereunder.

13. Changes to Terms
